01

Back, Neck & Joint Pain

Most persistent pain has a mechanical cause: a stiff segment, a weak stabiliser, a movement habit that keeps irritating the same tissue. We find it, treat it with hands-on therapy, and give you the specific exercises that stop it coming back.

Good for

  • Lower back pain
  • Cervical spondylosis
  • Sciatica
  • Slipped disc
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Osteoarthritis

What treatment involves

  • Manual therapy & mobilisation
  • Spinal stabilisation training
  • Electrotherapy for pain relief
  • Posture & ergonomic correction

02

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

From cricket bowlers and javelin throwers to taekwondo players and police-physical aspirants, athletes come to us because recovery here is measured in performance, not just pain. We rebuild strength, control and confidence so you return stronger than before the injury.

Good for

  • Shoulder injuries
  • Groin & hamstring strains
  • Ankle sprains
  • Tennis elbow
  • Overuse injuries
  • Muscle tears

What treatment involves

  • Sport-specific strength & conditioning
  • Taping & bracing
  • Soft-tissue release
  • Return-to-play testing

03

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Surgery fixes the structure; rehabilitation restores the function. We work alongside your surgeon's protocol to regain range of motion early, rebuild the muscle that wastes after an operation, and get you walking, climbing stairs and living independently again.

Good for

  • Knee replacement
  • Hip replacement
  • ACL reconstruction
  • Fracture recovery
  • Rotator cuff repair
  • Spinal surgery

What treatment involves

  • Protocol-based progression
  • Range-of-motion restoration
  • Gait & balance retraining
  • Scar & swelling management

04

Neurological Rehabilitation

Neurological recovery rewards patience and precision. We stimulate weak muscles step by step, retrain balance and walking, and set realistic, meaningful goals: getting up from a chair unaided, walking to the market, holding a cup steadily.

Good for

  • Stroke recovery
  • Bell's palsy
  • Post-polio weakness
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Peripheral neuropathy
  • Balance disorders

What treatment involves

  • Neuromuscular re-education
  • Functional electrical stimulation
  • Balance & gait training
  • Home programme for carers

05

Senior Mobility & Geriatric Care

Age is not a diagnosis. Stiff joints, weak legs and fear of falling respond remarkably well to the right exercise and hands-on treatment. We help older patients stay independent, mobile and pain-free, and we take the time to explain everything to families.

Good for

  • Joint stiffness
  • Knee & hip arthritis
  • Osteoporosis
  • Fall prevention
  • General weakness
  • Chronic back pain

What treatment involves

  • Low-load strength training
  • Balance & fall-prevention work
  • Joint mobilisation
  • Pain-relief modalities

06

Pain Management & Electrotherapy

The clinic is equipped with current electrotherapy and pain-relief technology. Used well, it calms inflammation and pain so that hands-on treatment and exercise can do their work, and we are honest about when it is useful and when it is not.

Good for

  • Acute pain & inflammation
  • Chronic pain
  • Muscle spasm
  • Swelling after injury
  • Nerve pain
  • Tendinitis

What treatment involves

  • Interferential therapy (IFT)
  • Therapeutic ultrasound
  • TENS
  • Hot & cold therapy
